[Event Post]
*Regardless of who appears at the park, a figure stands in the middle of it during the early evening hours of the 27th.
One most likely wouldn't recognize him as the copy of Kantai Sekuta that's been causing trouble recently-- what with the blueish-white hair, the armor, or anything else about him. But, he is waiting, ready to strike once the real one makes his appearance.*
(( This is mainly for the purposes of threading with myself in order to resolve things. However, I am still willing to generally thread with people if one has any ideas. ))

*shuffles his own deck and inserts it*

Damnit, Souha...
*inserts his deck, and then stands across from him*

*disk activates*

You may go first, if you wish to. Since I'm merciful.
no subject
I have not touched that bag since initially looking. It is a source of annoyance.
*he slots in a card into the field zone, as the park turns into a wasteland* The Eternal Battlefield, activate.
Summon Snake Scout, and set one card. End! *A Brown Snake appears on the field in front of a face-down card, hissing at the Guard*
no subject
*Draws his cards, before immediately activating a card*
Mystical Space Typhoon. Destroy the set card.
no subject
Hm. "Enjoy it"? I know you apparently got those from that Labirinto store I go to, but I doubt there's anything there that we'd outright enjoy.
no subject
You should pay more attention. There's a high number of things there that could probably make life more enjoyable for you, if you ever cared to look.
Summon Cowardly Ice User, and set one card. End. *Much like the Scout, a young man with pale-blue hair and red eyes appears in front of a face-down card, keeping himself at a distance from the snake*
no subject
I look plenty. Summon, Snake Sniper. Attack directly!
*a Black Snake appears, before rushing at his opponent. Cowardly Ice User attempts to stop it, but one hiss from them and they quickly move out of the way, allowing for the Sniper to bite into the Guard's leg.
8000 > 7300*
Scout, attack into the Ice User!
*the Scout attempts to bite into them, before... Caskets close on both of them.*
no subject
Hm. You obviously don't look well enough. Activate, Magical Dimension.
*his side's casket opens, revealing that his Ice User has been replaced by an older woman with flowing dark blue hair and white eyes, carrying a large staff and 2600 ATK to her name*
Come, Master of the Frozen Wasteland.
*knives then pierce through the other casket, shattering it and the monster inside*
no subject
End turn, then.
no subject
Master, take care of them. *The Master responds by waving her staff, causing the Sniper to freeze over and shatter, hitting Sekuta with the backlash of ice shards.
8000 > 6800 LP
He then sets a monster next to them*
I end. Do try to fight back, here.
no subject
*he discards the Snake Egg. He waits a few moments, but... They don't make a move to negate his card's effect. Why...?
He shakes his head, as he searches through his deck and plucks out four cards, reshuffling and inserting it before discarding them to the graveyard*
Snake Soldier, Snake Spy, Snake Spy, and Loyal Snake #2, to the Graveyard. Activate then, Monster Reborn.
*Again, he waits to see if the Guard does anything... But to his surprise, he doesn't. It's as though he's waiting to see just what he'd go and do... But he decides to take this chance.*
Special summon tuner monster, Snake Sniper. Normal summon, Loyal Snake #1!
*A blue cobra appears next to the Sniper, hissing at the Master, before Sniper begins to glow*
Tuning. Loyal Snake #1 and Snake Sniper. *Stars, rings...*
Lead onto victory where they have fallen. Synchro summon, Leader of the Serpents.
*Annnd then a giant dark green King Cobra appears, towering over the more human-sized Master. Their ATK starts at 2400... But then quickly rises up to 4500*
Attack!
no subject
7300 > 5400*
Hm. There we go. That's something a bit better than twitching uselessly under her gaze. Let's see you keep it up.
*Sekuta ends his turn, as he draws*
I'll set one monster, and end my turn.
no subject
What, want to at least feel like you let me put up a fight?
*He gestures to the recently set card, as Leader of the Serpents proceeds to consume it-- a Cowardly Ice User. Who's then replaced by... A young boy with blue hair, golden eyes, and a short staff. Sekuta narrows his eyes.*
no subject
Activate Frozen Storm LV5's effect. Discard Frozen Storm LV7 to destroy your Leader.
*LV5 attempts to blast at them, before a card flips up on Sekuta's side. Offensive Measures. They back off in surprise.
A ghostly copy of Loyal Snake #1 appears, biting into the set monster, which ends up being... Secret Guards of the Ice Barrier. They struggle momentarily, before succumbing, shattering. LV5 stares in shock, forgetting their effect, as Guard's mouth twitches slightly, his smile strained.*
Very good. End turn.
no subject
Come, Snake Soldier! Leader attacks Frozen Storm LV5, while Soldier attacks directly.
*Both monsters comply to their orders, LV5 dying splendidly to the Leader's venom, while Soldier whips at Guard with it's tail end.
5400 LP > 1700 LP*
End turn.
no subject
You got a good advantage. Let's even things out a bit... Activate, Monster Reborn.
*the card appears, allowing for an early-20s version of Frozen Storm LV3 and 5 to appear* Summon, Frozen Storm LV7. *He then tosses a card from his hand to the Graveyard: Big Wave Small Wave*
Destroy Leader of the Serpents, and strike down Snake Soldier!
*The man combos it-- he strikes at the Snake Soldier with his staff as it's powering up, before blasting Leader in it's midriff, causing them to quickly freeze over and shatter with another whack from the staff
6800 LP > 5600 LP*
End turn.
no subject
He sets the card face-down, holding himself defensively*
End turn.
no subject
*He draws, and opts to not let LV7 level up. Instead, he activates his drawn card: Salvage. He proceeds to grab both Frozen Storm LV3 and Cowardly Ice User, summoning the latter.*
Both attack directly.
*they both proceed to strike him at the exact same time, causing him to grit his teeth to try to ignore the pain. Luckily for him they didn't hit him in the stomach, but they were close...
5600 LP > 2100 LP*
End turn.
no subject
End.
no subject
Offering to the Snake Deity. Guard grins as Sekuta's set Snake Soldier appears and vanishes, causing both LV9 and Cowardly Ice User to be consumed by the shadow of a Snake Deity*
Still fighting. That's good. But... Summon, Frozen Storm LV3.
*The young boy appears, striking into Sekuta by his arm.
2100 LP > 800 LP*
End turn.
no subject
There we go, that's what he needs.*
Pot of Avarice. Return Loyal Snake #1, Loyal Snake #2, Snake Sniper, Snake Scout, and Snake Egg to the deck.
*The monsters are sent back, as the deck shuffles and spits out two cards for him. His expression doesn't change*
Set one card. Summon Snake Sniper, and strike down Frozen Storm LV3.
*The monster appears, biting the young boy, who shatters.
1700 LP > 1600 LP*
End.
no subject
Summon, Frozen Scholar.
*A much older man covered in a cloak appears, as Sekuta's set card freezes over. He just silently strikes out his hand with his 1900 ATK score, and Snake Sniper freezes over and shatters.
800 LP > 300 LP*
You're at the end of your ropes. You best not disappoint me by dying next turn.
