So... I've noticed that the appearances of those Rank-Up-Magic cards have gone down, since that incident with the "demons" and all. ... I should be relieved, but at the same time, I'm really not. I wish I had a better lead than "the one who apparently made them was seen in another country entirely". That doesn't help me at all.

No offense, but isn't that sort of a given that someone would have to make it barring spontaneous generation? The question is WHO and HOW rather than was it made.
